Inductors must be capable of handling the power without adding distortion. They must have the lowest possible DC resistance to (a) ensure correct filter performance, (b) ensure best possible driver damping and (c) not waste power. Capacitors must have dielectrics which can handle the high amplifier currents and ensure value-stability and very low leakage over many years of active life.
