Driver Highlights: Thick Nomex cone, 51 mm voice coil, Free Air Resonance: 18.9Hz, Total Q: 0.17, Moving Mass 135.3 grams, Effective piston area: 333cm2, Nominal Impedance: 8 Ohms, Sensitivity (2.83v/1m) - 88dB, Max power - 200w, Frequency range ? 20 to 500Hz. Design goals: The manufacTURr's application note (available by request) describes three different approaches to design a subwoofer with the following specifications: Compact design with 20 litres internal effective volume. Close, vented or passive radiator box. Active system with amplifier equalisation and active filter Usable frequency response down to 25 Hz at max spl above 105 dB.
