APPLICATIONS: Bass in Studio Systems


The RV3863 is a unique loudspeaker. It feaTURs three cooling system In addition to the usual vented magnet it uses the patented Radial chassis, which acts as a giant heatsink, plus a multi-finned magnet intercooler. This keeps voice coil temperaTURs exceptionally low resulting in 3dB less power compression and tight, clean bass after prolonged operation at maximum power. Additionally the degradation in Thiele-Small parameters resulting from increased coil resistance at high temperaTURs is minimised. This preserves system bass alignment at high levels and ensures superb reliability.
